This course is open to the public. They are willing to take AE, MC, and Visa. No cut offs, and your shirt must have sleeves. They have a driving range. Walking is allowed. No caddies. They have beer and they have beer carts on the course.
Quail chase has three nines, that combine to create three 18 hole courses. That still totals 27 holes if you are scoring at home. They have Bermuda fairways leading to medium and large, bent grass greens. Sand and water can be found. There are quite a few elevation changes. Many holes are cut through mature woods. The course has received raves from noted publications. We like the layout. Quail Chase was designed by David Pfaff. Built in 1989.

ON COURSE COMMENTS 3-09

This is a nice public course. Overall conditions were typical for March golf in Kentucky. They had significant tree damage from the ice storm, but the cleanup is nearly complete.
We like the layout at Quail Chase, particularly the east nine. One of the best public courses Louisville has to offer. The east nine is the one to play.
